As Editorial Director, I delivered integrated multichannel publishing strategies across digital, social, print and live events. This covered brand positioning, communications planning, creative direction, copywriting, content creation, commissioning, and distribution, as well as establishing media and sponsorship partnerships.
In addition to this I played a key role in a number of Spring special projects, including strategy on Spring Place members club, multiple live event activations and partnerships to launch new publishing verticals.
